    Tell us about your business, your RNPS number and the supplier mark you want on your plates.

  2. We verify you

    We check your RNPS registration on GOV.UK and approve your supplier mark before your account can order.

  3. Order online

    Sign in to see your trade pricing and order from a single pair. Pay by card at checkout.

  4. We make and post

    We make every plate to order with your supplier mark on it and send it by Royal Mail Tracked.

  • Your business name and UK address
  • Your RNPS registration number
  • The supplier mark you want on your plates (up to 40 characters)
  • A contact name, email and phone number
  • Your Companies House and VAT numbers, if you have them

Who can open a trade account?

Any UK business registered with the DVLA's Register of Number Plate Suppliers (RNPS). Every account needs its own registration, and we check it on GOV.UK before we approve you.

Whose name goes on the plates?

Yours. You give us your supplier mark when you apply, we approve it, and it goes on every plate you order.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single pair whenever you need one.

Can you send plates straight to my customer?

Yes. Put your customer's address in at checkout and we post the plates in plain, unbranded packaging, so they arrive as if they came from you.

When do I see your trade pricing?

As soon as your account is approved. Sign in and every style shows your trade pricing.

How do I pay?

By card at checkout.

I'm not VAT registered. Can I still apply?

Yes. A VAT number is optional.

Who checks the customer's documents?

You do. As the registered supplier, you see your customer's documents and keep the records. We make the plates to your order.
